Terms of Service

By accessing or using the services provided by Luxury Labs ('Company', 'we', 'us', or 'our'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Luxury Labs provides custom software development services, including but not limited to web development, mobile application development, AI integration, cloud architecture, and UI/UX design.

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project will be detailed in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement between Luxury Labs and the client.

Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the execution of projects. This includes timely feedback, access to required systems, and approval of deliverables.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to any content, materials, or data provided to us for use in the project.

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom code and deliverables created specifically for their project, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.

Luxury Labs retains ownership of any pre-existing code, frameworks, libraries, or tools used in the development process. We may use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during a project for future work.

Payment terms will be specified in each project agreement. Typically, projects require an initial deposit before work begins, with remaining payments tied to milestone completions.

Late payments may result in project delays or suspension. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law.

Changes to the project scope after the agreement is signed may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments. All change requests must be submitted in writing and approved by both parties.

We will provide estimates for any additional work before proceeding.

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. We provide a bug-fix warranty period (typically 30-90 days) after project completion for defects in our work.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS' WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUXURY LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement.

We may use the client's name and a general project description in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property rights, payment obligations, and limitations of liability.

These Terms of Service and any project agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.
